And yet the Senate Intelligence Committee abdicated its oversight responsibility by refusing to even conduct an investigation.
On March 12, Senator Feingold called for the Senate to censure Bush for systematically authorizing illegal wiretaps of Americans in defiance of the authority of the FISA court. Even retiring justice Sandra Day O'Connor sees the looming threat of dictatorship.
When will members of Congress who hate Americans and their rights stop conflating the checks and balances in our Constitution with treason? The REAL treason is by those who would defend any criminal behavior by the commander in chief in the name of patriotism. Crimes against our own citizens do NOT make us safer and cannot be tolerated in a free democratic society, and especially not when justified by fear-mongering about the threat from outside.

Turning our port Security over to a
Terrorist Infiltrated Arab Government
Just when you thought homeland security couldn't get more inept and incompetent, we find out the Bush administration casually and secretly planned on approving sale of control of six of our major ports to an company controlled by The United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Isn't this the same United Arab Emirates that was one of the few to recognize the Taliban regime in Afghanistan. Isn't this the same United Arab Emirates that has been the transfer point for rogue nuclear weapons components, and who have harbored al Qaeda terrorists?
Are they completely out of their minds? Or are we for allowing the Bush administration to remain in power even one single additional day? There is already a bi-partisan coalition forming to demand that there be an immediate investigation of why such a deal was even considered, let alone waved through without a concern in the world. There are already many who believe that 9/11 attacks could not have succeeded without a deliberate stand down by our own government. Is this yet another example of that?
I bet they don't allow tent cities in Crawford TX!

Real justice would be to have him raped to death like the Sudanese do to little girls when the US is too busy chasing oil and keeping KBR rich.

They are all overflowing -- the one in our small town is desperate.
I’ve cleaned out ALL clothing and toiletries that we don’t need and taken them down there. They especially need back packs!
They now need kids stuff too – shelters were never set up for kids and families.
All these normal hardworking people like you and me are out of work and out of homes.
And repeat the truth to yourself when you see kids sleeping in cars – or you get assaulted in the huge spike in crime:
