Thermite: Appalling New 911 Evidence
The fall-out from the 911 disaster has been studied by a Danish laboratory. In its report the lab says it has found evidence of the explosive thermite in dust samples recovered from the site of the World Trade Center. This marks the first solid evidence of a pyrotechnic usually used for construction demolitions in the debris at the site. Researchers have speculated that the collapse of the twin towers was not a direct result of the airplanes smashing into the buildings. They have long suspected that the aircraft appeared to implode on impact as though similar to the demolition of a big building that is wired to implode with pyrotechnics. The confirmed findings of thermite at the site has an ominous implication that the towers may well have been prepared in advance to ensure mass destruction. The impact of the airplanes combined with lacing the buildings with explosives does explain the utter destruction. Thermite is a pyrotechnic which produces extremely high heat. When it is used on different surfaces such as steel beams the intense heat results in weakness of the steel and in the 911 scenario it was the collapse of the entire structure that caused more damage than if the planes had hit with no pyrotechnics to increase the explosions. There is no evidence that the relatively high temperatures of burning of jet fuel could have weakened the steel structural elements in the buildings enough to make them fail. The highly energetic explosive thermite found was a metastable intermolecular composite, or superthermite, containing nanoparticles.
